Claims will be managed directly with OnPoint and can be submitted through an online portal or by phone. If service is required, OnPoint will arrange the dispatch of a service technician from their service provider network within 4 days of the initial claim date.

Homeowners insurance covers damage or loss due to known perils, such as wind, fire, vandalism, or theft. In the case that OnPoint cannot secure a provider, you may use your own provider assuming they can show sufficient proof of insurance and are fully licensed to perform such service.
